At Musashi Serenity Studio, we value our clients’ time and commitment to their wellness journey. In order to provide the best possible service to all of our clients and to maintain the integrity of our scheduling system, we have implemented the following no-show and cancellation policy:

1. Appointment Cancellation:
   Clients are required to provide at least [48 hrs] notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for appointments and ensures that our therapists’ time is utilized effectively.
2. No-Show Policy:
   If a client fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notification, it will be considered a “no-show.” No-shows inconvenience both our therapists and other clients who could have booked that appointment slot.
3. Late Arrival Policy:
   Clients who arrive late to their appointments may receive a shortened session in order to accommodate other scheduled appointments. However, the full appointment fee will still apply.
4. Fees for No-Show or Late Cancellation:
   Clients who no-show or cancel their appointments without sufficient notice may be subject to a [100%] cancellation fee. This fee helps to compensate our therapists for their time and ensures that our business remains sustainable.
5. Communication:

6. Exceptions:
   Exceptions to this policy may be made in certain circumstances, such as emergencies or severe weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.

Insurance Claim Policy

For whom want to file the claim to the insurance. Upon request, Musashi Serenity Studio will assist clients in preparing insurance claims documents for eligible services. Upon completion of your visit, an itemized copy of your receipt will be provide to you. This receipt can be used to file reimbursement with your insurance company if you choose to do so. (All claims are not guaranteed)
