We specialize in Chinese Meridian Maintenance (Tui-Na), Singing Bowl Vibrational Sound Therapy, Ear candling and Moxibustion Therapy. Eversince our studio was established, we have endeavored to provide help where the need is greatest.

No Show, Late cancellation, Package Return Policy
Musashi Serenity Studio doesn't accept same day reschedule unless is emergency.
If you reschedule on same day more than twice, we will refuse to take your appointment or we will ask for full amount of upfront payment in the future . For whom has the package with our business, we will terminate your package, and the rest of the sessions won't be refund.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To avoid abuse of special discounting with treatment/service packages, refunds on remaining un-used treatments will be given only after applying the full standard price of used treatments. If for some reason you are not able to use an un-rendered, pre-paid service, you may do a one-time exchange of the unused portion toward other services.
All balance has to be "Paid Off" after the session
Franchise
Initial Franchisee Fee: $35,000 for first location and $25,000 for each additional location.
Term of Franchise Agreement: 1,5 or 10 years with renewal option for an additional 1,5 or 10 years.
Continuing Royalty Fee: 5% of gross sales
All the franchises and therapists need to be trained and finished classes via Musashi Serenity Studio, Corp.
