Eat a light meal beforehand and wear loose, comfortable clothing. Drink water before and after your session. If it’s your first time, arrive 10–15 minutes early for intake paperwork.
At this time, we are an out-of-network provider. However, we can provide a superbill for holistic therapies that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider for details. We do accept HSA/FSA cards.
