Full Prepayment Required All sessions are completely bespoke and require careful preparation. Therefore, 100% of the service fee is due upfront to confirm your reservation. Your appointment is not finalized until this payment is received.
Cancellation & Rescheduling We understand that unexpected changes can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least [48 hours] notice.
- With [48+ hours] notice: Your prepayment will be fully refunded to your original payment method, or it can be credited toward a future rescheduled appointment.
- With less than [48 hours] notice: The full prepayment is non-refundable. Because we prioritize quality over volume, late cancellations severely impact our schedule and leave gaps that cannot easily be filled on short notice.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
- Late Arrivals: Out of respect for the schedule and following clients, your session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time. The full prepaid fee remains applicable, and no partial refunds will be issued for missed time.
- No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior communication will result in the complete forfeiture of your full prepayment.
