Your first session begins with a short chat about what you would like from your visit and anything we should know for your comfort. Sessions are gentle and relaxing.
This is a relaxation and wellness experience. Many clients find the benefit builds when they come regularly, the way it would with any self-care routine.
It is a warm, relaxing foot soak using an ionizing unit. Most clients describe it as calming and enjoy it as part of an unwinding session. We offer it for relaxation and comfort, not as a medical treatment.

We do not bill insurance. We accept HSA and FSA cards, all major credit cards, Apple Pay and Samsung Pay.

Many clients start with weekly visits for the first three or four weeks, simply because the relaxation builds with routine. After that, most settle into whatever rhythm fits their schedule.

Not at all — you are welcome to book single sessions any time. Many clients choose a package because it is better value and keeps a regular rhythm, but it is entirely up to you.
